Refund Policy

We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our products. Your refund request will be approved within this guarantee only under the accepted circumstances listed below.

Accepted Circumstances

• Purchased a wrong product, and then purchased the correct product from our company.
• Purchased the same product twice by mistake.
• You have encountered a technical problem with the product, and no solution has been provided within 30 days.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

• The refund request is submitted beyond 30 days of the purchase date.
• You fail to receive the license key or the full version within two hours of placing the order. In this case, please contact our customer support team, we will respond within 48 hours.
• You changed your mind after purchasing.
• You didn't read the product description and specifications before purchase.
• Use PCUnlocker to unlock a computer which is protected with BitLocker, but you've lost your BitLocker recovery key, or the BIOS/UEFI firmware is locked with a forgotten password.
• There is a technical issue with the product that we can resolve. But you are unable or unwilling to provide sufficient evidence for the technical issue, don't allow us to assist you.
• Purchased a wrong product, but then purchased a similar product from another company.
• If you suspect an unauthorized payment from your bank account, it is recommended to contact the card issuer to request a refund.

Refunds are generally processed within about 5 to 7 business days, depending on your payment method. Once refunded, the product license will be deactivated.
