Expand &#8220;<strong>System Tools<\/strong>&#8221; in the left console tree and you can then access Local Users and Groups MMC snap-in.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.top-password.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/local-users-and-groups.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"580\" height=\"328\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9949\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Method 2: Open Local Users and Groups Snap-in via Run or Command Prompt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box, or open the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.top-password.com\/blog\/open-command-prompt-in-windows-10\/\" target=\"_blank\">Command Prompt<\/a>. Next type <strong>lusmgr.msc<\/strong> and hit Enter.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.top-password.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/lusmgr.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"399\" height=\"206\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9951\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This will open the Local Users and Groups snap-in directly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method 3: Open Local Users and Groups Snap-in in User Accounts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box, type <strong>netplwiz<\/strong> and hit Enter.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.top-password.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/netplwiz.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"399\" height=\"206\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9952\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When the User Accounts dialog box opens up, click the <strong>Advanced<\/strong> tab and then click the <strong>Advanced<\/strong> button.
