Here&#8217;s how:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To start, you need to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.top-password.com\/blog\/open-command-prompt-in-windows-10\/\" target=\"_blank\">open the Command Prompt as administrator<\/a>. To do so, press the Windows key + X on your keyboard and select <strong>Command Prompt (Admin)<\/strong>. Click <strong>Yes<\/strong> when you see the UAC prompt.<\/li>\n<li>The first thing we need to do is stop the Windows Update service.
