From the context menu, select <strong>View<\/strong> and then check for the <strong>Show desktop icons<\/strong> at the bottom. Click <strong>Personalization<\/strong>. Next select <strong>Themes<\/strong> tab on the left, click the <strong>Desktop icon settings<\/strong> link on the right.
