Method 1: Turn Off Windows 10 Notification Sounds from Settings App<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Click the Start<\/strong> button and then click the Settings icon, or press Windows key + I to open the Settings app.\n

  2. On the main settings screen, click System<\/strong>.\n

  3. On the left side of the window, click on Notifications & actions<\/strong>. Then, on the right side, scroll down to the “Get notifications from these senders<\/strong>” section, and click on the app that you want to block from playing notification sound.\n

  4. Turn off the option named “Play a sound when a notification arrives<\/strong>“. Repeat these steps and you can disable notification sounds from other apps.\n
