Method 1: Using Group Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Open the Local Group Policy Editor in Windows 10<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to User Configuration<\/strong> -> Administrative Templates<\/strong> -> Control Panel<\/strong> -> Personalization<\/strong>. In the right pane, find the policy Prevent changing desktop background<\/strong> and double-click on it.\n

  3. In the Properties window select the Disable<\/strong> option, and save the changes by clicking OK<\/strong>.\n

    Method 2: Using Ease of Access Center<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Open the Control Panel in Windows 10<\/a>. Set the View by<\/strong> option to Large icons<\/strong>. Click Ease of Access Center<\/strong>.\n

    2. Click Set up High Contrast<\/strong> to open the Make the computer easier to see<\/em> menu.\n
