  1. Open Local Group Policy Editor<\/a> and expand to: User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> and Start Menu and Taskbar<\/code>. Double-click the “Do not allow pinning programs to the Taskbar<\/strong>” policy on the right pane.\n
