Method 1: Disable IPv6 in Network Adapter Properties<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Press the Windows logo key + R to open the Run dialog. Type ncpa.cpl<\/strong> and hit Enter.\n

  2. It will open the Network Connections window<\/a>. Right-click the network adapter you want to disable IPv6 on, and then select Properties<\/strong>.\n

  3. In order to disable IPv6, uncheck the box next to Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP\/IPv6)<\/strong>. Click OK<\/strong>.\n

      1. Open the Command Prompt as administrator<\/a>, and execute this command to disable IPv6 completely:
