Create a Bootable Password Breaker CD or USB Drive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The first thing you&#8217;ll need to do is download the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.top-password.com\/reset-windows-password.html\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Reset Windows Password<\/a> utility, which comes as an ISO image file. Choose a user account whose password you want to break, and then click on <strong>Reset Password<\/strong> button.
