How to Save Spotlight Images Appeared on Windows 10 Lock Screen<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Press the Windows<\/strong> key + R<\/strong> to open the Run dialog box. Type the Spotlight images location and hit Enter:

  2. It will open a new File Explorer window and you’ll see a bunch of files, all with with meaningless file names and no extensions. Just select all of these files and copy them to a new folder where you can easily find them.<\/li>\n
  3. After that, hold down the SHIFT<\/strong> key and right-click the blank space of the new folder, then select Open PowerShell window here<\/strong>.\n

  4. In order to add the .jpg<\/strong> extension to all these files, run the following command in the PowerShell window:
    \nDir | rename-item -newname { $_.Name +\".jpg\" }<\/code><\/p>\n

    \tIf you’re at the Command Prompt window, type this command instead:
    \nRen *.* *.jpg<\/code><\/li>\n

  5. Right-click inside the new folder and select View<\/strong> -> Large Icons<\/strong>. You should be able view all the images used by Windows Spotlight. Delete any images you don’t want.\n
