Anyone who knows the password can open the file, making document protection quick and easy.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the PDF document in Acrobat Pro.<\/li>\n<li>Under the <strong>Advanced<\/strong> menu bar, select <strong>Security<\/strong>, and then click on <strong>Password Encrypt<\/strong>.
